Amend law to aid freelancers

Massachusetts law admirably protects workers from being classified as independent contractors by employers seeking to evade payroll taxes. But the law should be amended so that it does not discourage companies from hiring people who genuinely wish to be free-lancers. (Full article: 284 words)
