The Boston Housing Authority proposal to ban smoking in its 64 developments infringes on personal liberties — but also protects countless residents from second-hand smoke and removes a contributor to the recent asthma epidemic. With all due respect for those who want to light up in their own homes, the BHA should go ahead and implement the ban. (Full article: 429 words)
