One of the impediments to a true two-party system in Massachusetts is the GOP’s difficulty in fielding candidates. The lack of a challenger to Attorney General Martha Coakley is a problem for the GOP and for electoral competition. Republican voters can solve both next Tuesday by writing in the name of former prosecutor James McKenna, one of two candidates staging write-in campaigns. (Full article: 502 words)
