Big signs threaten river skyline, but Cambridge can reconsider

The Cambridge City Council went too far in enacting a broad policy allowing large signs on buildings near the Charles River. It should revoke the policy and go back to the drawing board rather than face an electoral referendum on the issue. (Full article: 404 words)
