If you heard Tony the Tiger recently roar, “They’re Grrreat!’’ it was not just for Frosted Flakes. It was for the junk-food lobbyists who cowed the Obama administration into a dismaying retreat on voluntary marketing restrictions for unhealthy foods. The administration should get a stronger backbone, and focus on making cereals and other foods aimed at kids more healthy.
