The state Department of Conservation and Recreation has found a clever way to alert motorists to potentially threatening conditions this week on a waterfront roadway in Dorchester. From Nov. 22 to 29, digital signs along Morrissey Boulevard warn, drivers should beware of “WICKED HIGH TIDES.’’ Precisely because this just-the-facts rule normally prevails on road signs, drivers may well pay more attention to a message written in the voice of Sully and Denise from “Saturday Night Live.’’
