The citizens of Massachusetts should pay close attention to the progress of our fight against carbon pollution, and demand that our government officials support and nurture all aspects of the plan, writes Ted McIntyre. Many of those citizens are already committed to reducing their town’s carbon emissions, and in taking advantage of opportunities to improve the efficiency of their own homes.
