JOE LIEBERMAN campaigns against the Democratic Party, keeps his committee appointments in the party's caucus, and is treated with kid gloves. Roland Burris is appointed by a sitting Democratic governor, in accordance with applicable laws, and, at least for now, he's denied the oath of office. Is this how the Democrats expect to gain the trust of the American people?
