RE “SECURITY cameras come to trolleys: Green Line starts safety initiative’’ (Metro, Oct. 17): I can’t understand why people would be concerned about privacy regarding security cameras on the Green Line. Privacy for what? To go to the bathroom? This is the Green Line, not someone’s home.

If these cameras will discourage bad behavior, such as groping, then people should not have a problem with them.
