ALL OF a sudden the Wampanoag find themselves allied with the secular NIMBYs opposing the Nantucket Sound wind farm. They’d have more credibility (though hardly enough for a veto over compelling social interests) if they proposed banning all commercial ship traffic and recreational boating despoiling their pristine view of the open ocean.
