TO AN outsider, Massachusetts voters look very confused. Why vote for Ted Kennedy, who fought for health care reform, and Barack Obama, who promised it, and then for Scott Brown, who wanted to kill it? My opinion: Most voters make their choices in elections based on personality, misinformation, and fear. (Full article: 54 words)
