Could Kerry be floating an idea on tax reform?

RE “KERRY’S R.I. docking avoids Mass. tax bill’’ (Metro, July 24): I totally support Senator Kerry’s decision to locate his yacht in Rhode Island, and avoid another unreasonably harsh Massachusetts tax. I also thank him for taking this action, which clearly demonstrates that even our senior senator seems to think our taxes are too high. Maybe our legislators will finally wake up and face the high tax situation in the Commonwealth.
