NOW BOARDING, LIKE IT OR NOT
I PROBABLY speak for thousands of fliers with joint replacements when I give a resounding hurray for the new airport scanning machines.
After the metal in my hip sets off the alarm, I no longer have to worry about missing my plane while I wait around for a female Transportation Security Administration agent to be available for a patdown.
It is so much easier, faster, and less invasive to simply to step in front of the scanner for a few seconds and be done with it.
I’m sure there are millions like me who feel safer knowing that other fliers are going through the same routine.
