The new ‘Harvard elite’

ON THE front page of the Aug. 31 edition of the Globe, there was a story about Elizabeth Warren (“Warren not set to announce a run, but she’s ready for a fight’’). It said the Republicans are trying to tag her as a “Harvard elitist.’’ Interesting. I grew up along the North Shore, where the magnificent summer homes of the “Harvard elitists’’ all belonged to Republicans. Funny how things change.
