In a luxury kitchen market awash with European cabinetry, Paul Hatziiliades saw the shortcomings of the Italian and German brand names: limited selection, lack of custom options, and logistical problems with delivery and service. His solution was Moda Cucina (Italian for "fashion kitchen"), a showroom offering high-end cabinetry made to order in a state-of-the-art workroom in Hyde Park at a similar cost to the Euro brands. As senior designer Anna Orfanides says, "Coming here is like going to a tailor and having a suit custom made just for you."
