Having romanced both Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez, in 2002 he wound up People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive.” Then after “Bennifer” unraveled, Affleck laid low for a while before emerging with a new Jennifer – Garner, this time – who seems a better fit. They got married. They had a baby. He made a good movie about Boston, 'Gone Baby Gone,' and people forgave him for 'Gigli.'
