A theatrical mystery solved
Nancy Carroll was at "The Tempest" on Thursday night, too, and so I took the opportunity to congratulate her on her fine performance in "The Clean House" and clear up the mystery of what, exactly, those "Cheetos" were made of.
She said they were cut-up orange kitchen sponges!
So there you go. If you, for any reason, ever need to make something that looks like Cheetos without the massive staining power of same, cut-up kitchen sponges are the way to go.
