Richard H. Kuh, 90, prosecutor of celebrated cases
Richard H. Kuh, a lawyer and former Manhattan prosecutor who jousted in celebrated cases with the likes of Lenny Bruce and Claus von Bulow, died Thursday in Manhattan. He was 90.
