Benjamin S. Cole, a management consultant, founded firms that helped businesses in the United States and abroad run more efficiently. “We were a small 10-people start-up with lots of creative chaos, but Ben treated us like a multinational corporation,’’ said Arkady Volozh, cofounder of the dominant Internet search engine in Russia. “The main thing Ben brought to the table was his great vision. We all dreamed about a bright future, but he had it much more determined.’’
