Residents waded through flood waters Saturday, June 13, 2008, in the town of Liuzhou in China's southwestern province of Guizhou, which was hardest hit by flooding, with 43 people killed. Flash-floods have destroyed thousands of homes as well as bridges and large swathes of crops.
