Seahorse was among four companies getting a total of $1.4 million in grants to further their development of renewable technology. The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative gave grants of between $100,000 and $500,000 to the companies. The grants came from the state's Renewable Energy Trust fund, which is administered by the technology collaborative, the state's renewable energy development agency.
