Sebastian's Homemade Real Fruit Ice Cream and Sorbets is getting set to open its doors next week. The shop is an extension of Cafe on the Common, 677 Main St., and will start by offering 12 flavors of homemade sorbet and ice cream. How homemade is it? Ask the woman behind the counter who peeled dozens of kiwis by hand for the refreshingly fruity kiwi sorbet. Sebastian's does not use pre-made ice cream bases, and everything is made from scratch, said owner Frederick Kimberk. - Stephanie V. Siek Posted by the Boston Globe City & Region Desk at 03:32 PM
