Galvin today moved to revoke the license of a Bolton investment adviser, saying he failed to disclose past federal sanctions, the Globe's Business News blog reports. In an administrative proceeding, Galvin charged Raymond L. Grenier of Bolton and his firm, Bolton Securities Corp., failed to disclose Grenier had been fined by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and barred from acting in a supervisory capability, and failed to disclose his interests in advisory firm.
