This season's back-to-school buzzword is wellness. That means no more greasy potato chips, giant cookies and sugary soda sold in most school cafeterias.
But one community is ahead of the trend. Last year, the town of Hudson hired an executive chef to oversee its meal offerings, and that has meant major changes for what kids, and teachers, eat.
