Collamati said three students told police they saw the gun at school. The 15-year-old defendant is being held at a Rhode Island youth detention facility for violating his probation there. He also faces a gun charge in Plainville, along with several traffic charges. Plainville police say the teen fled the scene of an accident and admitted to disposing of a gun.
