The budget of $112,319 is $14,834 more than last year and includes a $516 raise for the new fire chief, Bruce Ricard, who took over for Robert Tervo when he retired in August. The board wanted to pay Ricard – a part-time employee - $29,750, but selectmen cut that amount down to $15,696. -- Jennifer Rosinski Posted by the Boston Globe City & Region Desk at 09:24 PM
