The state high school tournaments kick into high gear tonight with a number of area teams hitting the court, the ice and the wrestling mat.

In Bolton, the Nashoba Regional wrestling squad (20-2-1) squares off against 2006 state finalist Franklin (21-7-1) in the Division 2 Central dual meet final at 6:30 p.m.

Nashoba captured the program's first-ever Mid-Wach League title and is the section's top seed. Franklin has been impressive in tourney wins over Milford (53-15) and Marlborough (55-16).

On the ice, the first-year Medfield High girls' hockey team (10-9-1) hosts Waltham (8-8-4) in a Division 2 first-round game at the Franklin Rink at 7:30 p.m.

High 5: Millis High freshman center Molly Breen collected 16 points and 16 rebounds in the Mohawks' 63-31 Division 4 South Sectional girls' basketball preliminary-round win over host Provincetown last night.
