Ashland Police are working to obtain a videotape shot by a neighbor of Susan Meeks, whose home was burglarized last weekend, TheBostonChannel reports. Police in Framingham arrested Chester Stevenson when they found allegedly stolen material in the back of his car during a routine traffic stop.
