Posted by Ralph Ranalli March 31, 2008 08:18 AM

Candidates for Plainville's open town clerk position will square off in a candidates night tomorrow night at the Plainville Senior Center.

Four residents are vying to replace Town Clerk Kathleen Sandland, who is retiring from the
post this spring. The candidates are former Selectman Eugene Alsworth, Parks Director Maureen Dunfey, Assistant Assessor Ann Marie Eisele, and Wrentham assistant town clerk Ellen Robertson.

The race is the only contested one in the April 7 election. The event starts at 7 p.m.
