Thursday's Globe North will feature a rundown on the 11 local communities that will consider overrides in May and June. Among them: the first-ever request in Beverly, plus capital exclusions, debt exclusions, and permanent overrides -- short- and long-term property tax hikes -- in Georgetown, Groveland, Hamilton, Ipswich, Marblehead, Rockport, Swampscott, Rowley, Wenham, and Winthrop.
As usual, school budget shortfalls dominate the requests.
