Federal résumé (including KSAs, SES, ECQs)
What it is: A résumé specifically geared towards federal positions and is used as an alternate to the standard federal application, the OF-612. A federal resume allows a candidate to provide more information than the standard application. KSAs (Knowledge, Skill, and Ability) (left) are written as standalone documents or to accompany a federal résumé.
Best for: Job searchers who are seeking federal employment and are looking for a replacement to the OF-612 application.
