Eloise McGaw oversees the needs of 1,200 Wellesley College employees as assistant vice president and director of human resources. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, she’s seen it all, including a bird sculpture that doubled as a resume. On Sunday nights, McGaw picks up her hockey stick as a defenseman for an all-women’s hockey league in Belmont.
