Cooks and sous chefs

With such a variety of food options in resort casinos, ranging from pricey restaurants to familiar chains and cafeterias, there is a great demand for cooks of all experience levels. Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, and the Trump Taj Mahal all list multiple cook and chef openings, and at Foxwoods a huge portion of the casino's employees work in food and beverage, according to a spokesperson.

Specific duties vary, however full knowledge of basic food preparation and a year of experience in a high-volume hospitality related food and beverage operation are necessary.
