Valet dispatchers
Valet dispatchers are the individuals entrusted with the keys to your car when you park in a casino garage. Dispatchers file and retrieve keys and parking tickets and maintain control of the valet station.
According to a Foxwoods job posting, this is an entry-level position, but dispatchers are required to have basic computer knowledge, customer service skills, a driver's license, and be willing to work flexible shifts and hours. The Connecticut casino employs 101 people on its valet staff, according to a Foxwoods spokesperson.
