Arcadia -- the first property Lavin is developing, which goes by the name Arcadia, overlooks Cape Cod Bay in the Cape Cod National Seashore. The name was selected by Lavin's wife, Rena Lipman, in charge of aesthetics for Goodheart, and refers to a pastoral retreat in ancient Greece. The surrounding land is government-owned conservation land that cannot be developed.
