Why should this office get a makeover?

"I need an office makeover desperately so I can get organized and increase my efficiency," Hughes writes. "As you can tell from the overflowing papers, I need more storage to be organized and just being in there can be overwhelming. The room is big enough but I am just not utilizing the space properly. I think with an improved filing system it will make a world of a difference."
