Clueless management
Most workers don't want their boss to be in on every little decision they make or know every little thing they get done throughout the day. However, some workers prefer that their job function is at least understood by their managers.
"My boss has no idea what goes into my job on a day-to-day basis, and pretty much has no clue whatsoever when it comes to what we do for the company," one employee writes.
