Nobody listens

Not all workers necessarily want to make every decision for their company, but many want the people who do make the decisions to at least listen to those with informed opinions.

This is a pet peeve of at least one employee, who writes: "Management needs to listen to us once in a while instead of excluding our opinions on ... areas ... that they themselves are unfamiliar with."
