"My role is to install the line of services that we carry, including television, Internet, and cable, and educate the customer on how to use our products.

"Just today, I showed an elderly woman how to use her remote. She was so happy. It's this kind of experience that brings me to work every day.

"I've been working since I was nine years old, and I've experienced a lot of different companies, but this one is the best. I love computers and technology, and I'm going to school now for computer engineering. Comcast is helping me further my education, and I'm using everything that I'm learning to help the customer."
