Massachusetts Secretary of State William F. Galvin yesterday subpoenaed Gillette Co. chief executive James M. Kilts to testify under oath about the shaving firm's acquisition by Procter & Gamble Co. , after a state judge refused to let the regulator search the company's computers for deleted e-mails of senior executives.
