Restaurant and nightclub owner Seth A. Greenberg, who sold the Paradise Rock Club after city officials suspended its liquor license, has sued the Boston law firm DiMento & Sullivan for legal malpractice for allegedly letting four lawsuits he filed against the city languish until they were dismissed by the court.
