Chris Sadkowski, a financial planner and investment adviser at Barker Financial Group in Burlington, was awarded the Paladin Registry's Five Star quality designation.
The registry focuses on the top tier of professionals and provides free public services to investors who use financial planners and advisers.
Sadkowski, a licensed certified financial planner, was the principal owner of Christopher Financial Advisors in Buffalo for the past 10 years. Barker Financial Group is a fee-only investment management and financial planning practice.
Complex turned into office condos
A complex at 500 Clark Road in Tewksbury has been converted into office condominiums.
The 15,000-square-foot office complex has Chelmsford-based Massachusetts Eye Associates on the first floor and Anton's Cleaners on the third floor. The seller, Clark 500 Corp., constructed the complex in 1967.
The properties are being marketed by McLaughlin Investments Inc. in Burlington.
Credit union names new vice president
Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union announced that Thomas G. Andrew has been named vice president of lending.
Andrew, a resident of Hooksett, N.H., holds a degree in management from New Hampshire College.
His most recent position was vice president of lending at St. Mary's Bank, New Hampshire's first credit union, where he has 15 years of experience. With more than 45,000 members, Merrimack Valley FCU has branches in North Andover, Methuen, Haverhill, and Plaistow, N.H.
