NEW YORK—RLR Capital Partners LP on Friday reported raising its stake in online floral and gift delivery service 1-800-Flowers.com Inc. to 6.3 percent, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
RLR Capital, which is managed by Robert L. Rosen, reported owning about 1.7 million Class A shares, or a 6.3 percent stake based on 26.1 million Class A shares outstanding as of Nov. 2.
In June, RLR Capital reported owning 1.3 million shares, or a 5.1 percent stake, in the Carle Place, N.Y.-based company.
