WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. said Monday all of its products sold in the U.S. now have zero grams trans fat.

The chain's decision mirrors a move to erase trans fat by many fast-food and quick service restaurant chains last year.
