NEW YORK—Bermuda-based reinsurer Quanta Capital Holdings Ltd. said late Thursday it declared a special dividend of $1.75 per common share, resulting in a total payout of about $122.7 million.
The dividend will be payable in cash on March 28 to shareholders of record at March 25.
