Capital One says quarterly dividend totals 37.5 cents

MCLEAN, Va.—Capital One Financial Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of 37.5 cents per share.

The bank and credit card issuer said it will pay the dividend May 21 to stockholders of record at May 12.

Previously, the bank erroneously said it would pay a quarterly dividend of 3.75 cents per share.
