Family Dollar declares quarterly dividend

MATTHEWS, N.C.—Discount-store operator Family Dollar Stores Inc. on Friday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record June 13.
