OfficeMax declares regular quarterly divided

NAPERVILLE, Ill.—Office supply retailer OfficeMax Inc. said Friday its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.

The dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record on July 1.
