WELLINGTON, Fla.—B/E Aerospace Inc. on Monday raised its earnings prediction for the full-year, citing growing demand for its aircraft cabin interior products.

The company now expects to earn $2.35 per share for the year, compared with a previous prediction of $2.29 per share.

Analysts, on average, forecast earnings of $2.34 per share for the year.

"We believe that robust market conditions will continue to drive demand from global airlines for our cabin interior products for several years to come," Chairman and Chief Executive Amin J. Khoury said in a statement.

B/E Aerospace also said Monday its first-quarter earnings soared 51 percent, led by expanding margins in its units that distribute aircraft hardware and make interior components for business jets.
