Smith & Wesson gets contract from Canadian police force
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.—Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. said Monday it received an order from a Canadian police force for 600 M&P40 polymer pistols.
The gun maker did not disclose financial details of the deal with the Harlton Regional Police Service in Ontario.
Smith & Wesson shares added 19 cents, or 3 percent, to $6.93 in morning trading. In the past year, the stock has ranged from $3.72 to $22.80.![]()
